Created in 2005 at Kampala, Uganda, by Peter Francis Luswata, URCSF develops its work in Rakai and Masaka districts (south of the Capital). Our MISSION is to enable people to bring about change in pursuit of a fair and sustainable world for all. The global aim is to create autonomous communities through their empowerment. On each project, the focus must be local. The sectors where the organization works are: Food Security, Water and Sanitation, Health, Education, Energy. But each of them has a common objective: RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
