Quality cuts is the butchery and deli retail chain, which also wholesales meat products for export as well as hotels and restaurants. We attained the ISO 22000-2005 UNBS certificate in 2010. We were the first meat processing company in Uganda to receive it. We have worked hard for this certification and intend to honour it by observing the most stringent controls and offering output of the highest quality. We are also HALAL certified. Our Muslim customers will have no difficulty finding halal meat prepared in strict adherence to Islamic law.We prepare all this with a resolute commitment to food safety systems management and product. Our entire production facility, and its’ products, are subject to regular technical checks and audits to ensure our business stands by all ISO standards. Our factory is UNBS inspected and a team of quality control personnel ensure that the highest standards are met at all times. And because our products are held in modern refrigerated coolers and freezers at all times, there is no chance of temperature deviations.
