I just returned from the most amazing week spent in the French Dining School in Kerrout with Poul, a brilliant Chef, whose love of cooking inspired us, his students to try our best to master the skills he so brilliantly illustrates and also, Niall who kept all things running smoothly with his wit and easy manner. The ambience of Kerrout is so peaceful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed help prepare, cook and off course eat this wonderful food with delicious wines to accompany chosen by Poul,our Michelan Chef. We toured the beautiful countryside on our daily hours off and had a wonderful week. Thank you Poul & Niall

Le restaurant nous a été recommandé par notre chambre d'hôtes. Une cuisine délicieuse dans un cadre agréable, loin de la foule du centre-ville, et des restaurants attrape-touristes qui ne servent que du Métro. Une carte réduite, des produits frais, et des prix très raisonnables. Une très belle surprise.

We were kindly asked to leave after 1h45min as the table was reserved for other customers. We had our table reserved as well but we weren’t told that we cannot stay more than 2h. It was an unpleasant experience for us to be told to leave just when we were looking for having a desert. The food is ok, the staff are nice and friendly. Though, you will always remember the place based on how you felt when you left. In our case it wasn’t nice.
