We help entrepreneurs and business executives "Make Informed Decisions." WHAT WE DO: 1. Market Research We study prospective customers to understand their needs, how they make purchasing decisions, how much they are willing to pay for a product or service and what factors could hinder them from adopting a product or service. 2. "Validated" Business Plans We collect data from suppliers, competitors, regulators and other relevant sources to help the entrepreneur answer the question: "How do I profitably fill the need that I've identified in the marketplace?" We emphasize the term "validated" because we test all the assumptions we use in assembling the plan. We test them by going straight to the source of data. 3. SME Business Consultancy We help current business owners grow their businesses by identifying the factors that have led to their current challenges and designing a series of potential solutions to try out. 4. Customer Experience Measurement Our product, Customer Experience INSIGHTS, helps business owners in the service industry to measure how well they are serving their customers and learn what they could do better. WHY WE DO THIS WORK: We believe we can significantly contribute to our country’s economic development and job creation by helping entrepreneurs and business executives “make informed decisions”.
